We are a volunteer organization so please allow three business days for the Financial Recorder to respond to your information request. If the closing of the
property is within this time frame please include ///Time Criticial/// in the header of your email.
///General HOA Information///
We charge our HOA dues annually in the amount of $200.00 for a period from 01 January through 31 December. Annual invoices are
generated at the beginning of January with a due date of NLT the end of February.
If dues are not paid in full by the end of February of the dues year, we charge a monthly late fee of $11.00.
If dues are deliquent for over two years, we file a lien on the property with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Queen Anne's County and
apply a $100.00 lien filing fee to the account.
There are no special assessments and we do not include water.
We do not charge for resale disclosure packages. All information about our community is provided on www.cloverfields.org
We do charge a $100.00 transfer fee on all home sales.
