In most cases your HOA dues for this year where paid at the closing.

 

Once we get the needed information and transfer fee from the title company that handled your closing we will issue you vehicle stickers and coordinate a time to have membership ID photos taken.

 

As a member of the association you will be issued two vehicle stickers and membership IDs for your immediate family members which are needed to access the pool and park at the beach/marina areas.

 

To help with that process please go to the link below and fill out the online form. This is only to collect needed information since your dues have already been paid at closing.  

 

This link will also be where you go to pay your dues in subsequent years, since we don’t take dues payments from escrow accounts.
