Welcome to Cloverfields!

If renting a property in Cloverfelds to enjoy the the amenties of the community per our by-laws you must join the Cloverfields Property Owners Association (CPOA) as an associated member.

 

To apply for the assocaite membership follow the instructions below:

 

First, send us a copy of your lease agreement to cpoabilling@gmail.com.  This will serve to confirm that the owner of the property is sponoring you for the assoiciate membership as required by our by-laws.

 

If you are residing at the property and not under a lease agreement please have the owner of the property send an email to cpoabilling@gmail.com stating that they are sponsoring you to join the association as an associate member.

 

Next, Go to the link below and fill out the online form.

Once completed we will send you an invoice to pay the associations annual dues (180.00 + $6.59 credit card fee).

 

After we recieve payment we will mail you two vehicle stickers and go to the website homepage for a list of date that membership IDs are being taken.  If no dates are listed you will need to contact Bill Boyle (CPOA Vice President) at wpb1210@yahoo.com to coordinate a time to have pictures taken for your membership IDs. 

 

Only those listed on the lease and their immediate family members are eligible for membership IDs.
