The CPOA Board would like to make the community at-large aware of suggested steps to take if you witness any behaviors that violate our community beach rules.

1. Call the police if you are concerned for your safety - Sheriff: 410-758-0770 or 911. It is helpful to the law enforcement officer that is responding to the call if they can speak with the person that requested the response. Without jeopardizing your personal safety please make every attempt to make contact with the officer.
2. Contact the CPOA Board either via the Contact Us page or by emailing a Board member directly and provide your formal complaint in writing against a community member if you believe their membership rights should be revoked pursuant to our community by-laws in Article 4 Section 2. Provide clear reasoning, names and details.
3. The CPOA Board will formally revoke community membership rights to any community member that is in violation of our community rules.
