Cloverfields is a water-privileged community in Stevensville on Kent Island in Queen Anne's County, Maryland that was started in 1959. The neighborhood has almost 1,000 single-family homes that are truly a blend of styles – ranches, Cape Cods, split levels, colonials and contemporaries.
With community owned property on the Chester River (at it its widest point), we offer a community beach (with nettle net to keep out those pesky critters) and a marina with boat ramp and rental slips. A community pool (seasonal), playground, and clubhouse round out the recreation features for CPOA members. CPOA homeowner association fees are merely $180 annually!
Cloverfields is less than two miles from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and only minutes from walking/biking trails, restaurants, schools, and parks. We're a short commute to Annapolis (25 min) and Baltimore and Washington D.C. are less than on hour away.
